Our Company
The Dura Group was founded on behalf of Dura Construction Inc. in Vancouver in 2011 by Mr. Steve Di Fruscia and Ms. Yinghua Qu, with the objective of developing and building high-end residential projects for its clients. In just a few years, the Dura group has become a nationally renowned property development and management company following the success of its projects across Canada.
Strategic partnership with a Chinese top 500 company
In 2013, Dura successfully introduced the Tianqing Group, one of the 500 largest real estate companies in China, to the Canadian market for significant investments in multi-family homes. Thus, Dura and Tianqing merged to form the Tianco Group in Canada. Combined, both groups have invested over $ 400 million in Canada.
Commitment to the retirement home sector
Following remarkable achievements in the field of condominiums, The Dura Group embarked on the development of retirement homes in 2016, in collaboration with Groupe Château Bellevue, the fifth largest developer of retirement homes in Quebec. Since than, the two groups have developed jointly over 700 units of retirement homes in cities surrounding Montreal and Quebec city. The group hopes to use its expertise in this area to expand into the Asian market.

- 14 years of experience providing Development Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Technical Due Diligence, and Independent Certification in Canada and Ireland
- Successfully delivered numerous residential, commercial, and institutional projects
- Lead the development of complex residential, commercial, and mixed-use development sites from the site acquisition stage through to the final handover
- Skilled at stakeholder management and is highly adept at proforma development, cost control, contract management, programming, risk management, value engineering, and regulatory compliance
