The Dura Group, in collaboration with the Château Bellevue Group, came together to develop their first project. The Chateau Bellevue Pont Rouge project consists of 183 units of independent and care living. The downtown location, proximity to services, accessible living environment, magnificent views of the Jacques-Cartier river, and unparalleled service for seniors have all contributed to make this project a great success. The project offers a gym, a cinema, bowling alleys, several recreation rooms, cultural centers and other amenities for the residents to enjoy. The project was delivered on July 1, 2017 for a total investment of $28 million dollars.
