Thanks to Dura’s investment, Tianco Group joined the Brivia Group in Montreal for the development of YUL condominiums, one of the largest private residential condo projects in downtown Montreal. The YUL condominium complex will remodel the central area of downtown Montreal. It consists of two 38-storey condo towers and 17 townhouses, and is located at 1400 René-Lévesque West between Lucien l’Allier and Mackay Street. This historic project will create a new urban living space for Montrealers, and forever change our skyline.
