This is a project with an investment over $53 million dollarsIt was developed in one of the new city districts just outside of Quebec City-Val-Bélair. It  includes 294 units of independent and care living, all nestled within private green space. The project was completed in October 1, 2018. Itconsists of a 12-storey building with five-star amenities. The building is equipped with a swimming pool, spa, bowling alley, home theater, recreation center, chapel, billiard tables, bar, and dining room on the twelfth floor.
